Hiring the right person who is qualified to do the job successfully, and not because of the way they look. or worshiping God, or for political party power's sake. So until we truly love someone else other than ourselves, we have never lived. The right attitude is everything. Remember how to hire the right person, for the job you need them to do. The older I become, the more I appreciate other people's skills.
